First day out on work order for the new cooling representatives

The recruits had come to the supplier about two weeks ago.

  • I was planning to beginning the shadowing process.

The process involves enjoying what or how the experienced Heating, Ventilation, & A/C workers are working, then taking points & emulating the process. The shadowing process also gives the recruits confidence in performing the tasks. I remember when all of us took the recruits for a work order last week. We had a funny incident happen at 1 of our customer’s residences. I had taken four new cooling representatives on a heat pump upgrade task. It was a hot summer time afternoon, & the un-even temperatures had started rising. We found the customer & his 1-year-old toddler when all of us got to the residence. We went straight to work installing the new quality a/c. In our years as a cooling worker, I love working on residential Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems because they are easier to repair than commercial 1s. After installing the unit, the customer recommended all of us install a zone Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. We would need numerous digital temperature controls for this task. The owner offered to get the regulators from the local business, so he left. The customer favored a particular Heating, Ventilation, & A/C brand, & the brand produced quality device for a good reason. As all of us waited for the devices, all of us ran Heating, Ventilation, & A/C maintenance on the indoor air cleaning system to improve the air quality. All this while, the toddler had taken a liking to 1 of the recruits & was forcefully sharing his cereal. We offered the customer with the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service system when all of us were done. The toddle balled in tears when all of us left. It was a funny however upset scenario. The customer later offered an excellent review of the services gained.
