I had to buy an media air cleaner after I was inspected with asthma

I had problems with pollen irritations when I was growing up, even though I don’t remember having constant problems with my respiratory system.

I was sensitive to dust, mold, plus pollen, recognizably in the Springtime when these environmental allergens are at their highest levels for the year. Despite my allergic reactions to these natural triggers, I managed through life with just over-the-counter dust sensitivity medication. It was a recent bout of bronchitis that sent myself and others to the doctor to see if there was something else going on worse than a mere chest cold. I didn’t have any ideas in mind, even though I knew that something had to be going on with my respiratory health. That’s when the doctor came back plus told myself and others that I had asthma plus entirely managed with it over the years since I was never entirely athletic. Being sedentary in my schooling plus work life has prevented myself and others from getting into situations that would entirely test my asthma. I’m smart enough to stop any physical exertion that feels enjoy It’s going to provide myself and others a heart attack. But now that outdoor allergens have gotten worse in my general area, my once latent asthma is now at the forefront. My doctor told myself and others to get an media air cleaner to collect all of the dust plus pollen that gets in my condo from outdoors. She told myself and others to keep windows closed during the times of the year when outdoor allergens are at peak levels. Thankfully my cellphone’s weather app gives myself and others all of the information plus I have it at my fingertips wherever I go. It helps myself and others to wear a mask over my face outdoors because it collects several of the dust plus pollen particles that would otherwise fill my lungs plus airways.
