I need to get new crew members

When the Summer weather hits, there are always a lot of AC complications that occur! For an AC repair and service shop business owner, Summer is the busiest time of the year.

I used to work for a national company for almost 15 years and after that I decided to start an AC service business of my own.

It took a few months to save up enough money and I had to stop eating out and going on fancy outings with my friends. When I first started this business, I was the sole employee. I worked 7 days a week from the time I woke up until the last task was finished. For a long time I was the only employee and after that I hired a minute lady to help. After nearly 5 years, I’ve tripled my business and I have more than 2 unusual employees. Work has been busier than I ever imagined and the Summer weeks are truly the hardest time of the year, during the first week of August, I lost more than one employees. I told all of the boys that they would be required to work most weekends while in the Summer weeks. One woman flat-out quit as soon as I made that suggestion and another woman didn’t show up for work on Sunday and Sunday. I had to fire him to set an example. work is still truly stressed and we are overwhelmed with Heating, Ventilation and A/C repairs. I’ve been hunting for a few employees to hire, however it looks like I might have to put an ad online if I want to find a quality candidate that is certified in heating and AC repairs.
